Tenant Portal – Improving Online Services

Mid-Wales Housing Association is encouraging all of its tenants to register on the online Tenant Portal that delivers access to key services.

198 tenants are currently taking advantage of this new service and are seeing the benefits of being able to access information directly using any device (mobile or smartphone, tablet and desktop computer).

The services tenants can access are:

• Online rent balances and access to full rent statements;
• Paying rent (via the AllPay service);
• Loging repair requests and view the repairs history;
• Loging and monitoring progress with Anti-Social Behaviour incidents, estate issues, complaints etc.;
• Updating personal details, preferences and contact details.

Tenants are able to access the Tenant Portal by clicking on the link on the Association's website or by using the following address: https://portal.mid-walesha.co.uk

To successfully create an account and start using the service, tenants will need to go through a simple registration process, creating a unique username and password.

To encourage people to register for the online account, the Association is giving away £100 for one lucky winner. As soon as 200 people have registered, Mid-Wales Housing will enter those people into a draw.

Mid-Wales Housing is encourgaing all tenants to register and to start accessing the available services whenever and wherever they are.
