The Income Management Team are responsible for ensuring that all rent and other tenancy debts are paid on time.

The easiest way to pay your rent is to pay by Direct Debit, we can set this up for you, however if this payment method does not suit you the team can discuss other ways for you to pay your rent.

Rent is due at the start of the tenancy period, this is usually every Monday and is due in advance.

How We Can Help

Most tenants pay their rent on time, however if you have difficulty making a payment we can help you if you need to apply for benefits, or to work out the best way to catch up with your payments.

  • We may be able to help you by working out an agreed payment plan to catch up with a missed payment.
  • Advice on how to apply for Welfare Benefits that may be available to increase your income

We will try to help you all we can if you are in financial difficulties, but your rent arrears must be paid. If you do not pay your rent and stick to agreements made, the Association will need to take court action for repossession of your home.
