General Manager Vacancy At EOM

A subsidiary company of Mid Wales Housing Association, based in Newtown, EOM carry out all aspects of Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing and Heating works throughout Mid Wales and the borders.

EOM currently have a vacancy for a:-

General Manager   (Circa £50,000 per annum)

 

We are looking for an individual with proven leadership, change and business management skills, commercially aware and financially astute. You will have previously held responsibility for developing business plans, managing change and budgets. Excellent interpersonal and people skills will be essential for the role, with the ability to build on existing relationships with key stakeholders, motivate employees and achieve positive change.

This is an exciting time to join us as we implement significant changes that embrace the digital era and move to a dynamic customer led organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring we focus on the quality of delivery for Mid-Wales Housing tenants and other customers, while applying commercial discipline to achieving high performance and value for money and drive the business forward to be best in class.
