Applications Invited For Barcud Board Members

(Formerly Mid-Wales Housing Association and Tai Ceredigion)

This is an exciting time for us as we start our journey as a newly merged organisation. Barcud covers all of Mid and West Wales, it has circa 4,000 homes around 300 employees and a turnover of £25million.

As an organisation we are rooted in the community, recognising the strengths that exist in the communities in which we work. We are ambitious and we are looking for people who share our passion for providing great affordable homes and excellent bilingual services to the people and communities in Mid and West Wales.

We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with skills and knowledge in one of the following areas;

  • Housing and social care
  • PR and Digital communication
  • HR & Change management
  • Asset management and Health & Safety

You do not need to be an experienced board member but you do need share our values and our ambition.

We currently hold board meetings virtually and intend to continue to offer flexible options for the future.
