Following the successful public information event held in Tregaron on 13th December, 2016, Mid-Wales Housing Association, in partnership with Ceredigion County Council and Hywel Dda University Health Board are providing a further opportunity for the public to view the plans for the Integrated Resource Centre proposed for Tregaron.
The plans for this exciting scheme currently being considered by the Development Management Team at Ceredigion County Council are available to view online at www.ceredigion.gov.uk or directly on this website (using the links provided below) and on display in Tregaron at the GP Surgery, Bryntirion Resource Centre and the Community Hospital.
The Cylch Caron development will be a health and extra care resource for Tregaron and the surrounding area and will consist of a GP surgery, community pharmacy, outpatient clinics, community nursing services, long-term care and day care. There are also plans for 34 flats for people who require extra care and support to remain in their own homes and six integrated health and social care places for people who no longer need to stay in hospital, but require more support before they return home.
Topographical survey work which maps the contours of the ground and existing features has recently taken place on site to ascertain the soil and sub structure detail.
Sian Howells, Mid-Wales Housing Association's Director of New Business said "It is exciting for us to have started some early preparatory work physically on site, as it starts to show a move into the next delivery phase for this important project".
